Expanding our reach
After an extensive national search, we are thrilled to announce three new community partnerships with coalitions in Garfield Park (Chicago), Illinois; Worcester, Massachusetts; and Harris County, Texas!
We will work with each of these coalitions using our Stakeholder-driven Community Diffusion approach to help identify, implement, and sustain evidence-based solutions with a goal of promoting policy, systems, and environmental change that equitably and collectively improve the health of all children.

In Garfield Park (Chicago) IL, where we are partnering with the Consortium to Lower Obesity in Chicago Children (CLOCC) and the Garfield Park Rite to Wellness Collaborative (GPRWC) to convene the Garfield Park Child Health Stakeholder Committee.
In East Aldine (Harris County) TX, where we are working with Healthy Living Matters and Harris County Precinct 2 to convene the East Aldine Child Health Stakeholder Committee.
In Worcester MA, where we are partnering with the Coalition for a Healthy Greater Worcester to convene the Healthy Greater Worcester Stakeholder Committee.
